 | In a performance that is part therapy, part concert and part game, the agents of the Sonic Assistance Agency put sound under the microscope. Subtle sensations move your body and make the space vibrate, before you return to the music. The Sonic Assistance Agency shows what we can’t talk about. Inspired by the techniques of ASMR, a true cult of sensory pleasure, this project makes us realize, strangely enough, that up close, all sounds are beautiful and special. Camping Sunset- The Cruseable (2024)
Camping Sunset speelt ‘The Cruiceable’ gebaseerd op ‘The Crucible’ van Arthur Miller.
Het idee achter Camping Sunset is even simpel als radicaal: een acteur leert pas echt spelen door veel te spelen, voor en met publiek. De repetitietijd is drastisch ingekort en de speeltijd is lang en intensief. Het publiek is getuige van de evolutie van de voorstelling.

John & Jane (tour 2023)
Jane is een meisje van 15 jaar en ligt behoorlijk in de knoop met zichzelf. Elke ochtend als ze in de spiegel kijkt terwijl ze haar tanden poetst, stelt ze zichzelf de vraag ‘Wie ben ik?’. Door een bizar toeval komt Jane in haar eigen hoofd terecht waar tot haar grote verbazing iemand zit; John, die de machinerie in haar hoofd bedient. JOHN & JANE raakt de psyche aan van de mens, die met zijn beperkte kennis en met al zijn twijfels en angsten beslissingen probeert te maken in de hoop een gelukkig leven te kunnen leiden. Een gevoelige, humoristische roadtrip door het hoofd van een jonge mens genaamd de puber.

A director, an actress, a sound woman and a production manager make a film about Mars. They are taking part in a competition organized by Mr Musk. THE competition. The team that makes the best film about life on Mars, with the most breathtaking images, the most innovative effects, wins a trip into space… to MARS! Each team has its own reasons for wanting to go to Mars. But as the film progresses, they realize that there will also be a lot of things missing when they get there. A family show for children and adults from 10 years of age.

The Importance of being Flemish (2020)
Zijt gij klaar om een onvergetelijke reis te maken doorheen de donkere spelonken van de Vlaamse canon? Neem plaats, grijp je stevig vast en haal nog één keer diep asem. Zuidpark voert je mee naar het troosteloze lintdorp en café ’t Hoeksken, langs vruchtbare patattenvelden en eenzame torenspitsen tot de betonnen blokkendozen aan de kust, waar de grauwe Noordzee haar witte vlokken schuim uiteenslaat.
‘The Importance of Being Flemish wordt gebracht door collectief Zuidpark, de bezitters van de originele Samsonpop, de makers van Quarantaine TV en werpers van tomaten. Opgelet: dit pretpark kan enkel per bubbel van twee personen bezocht worden.

The collective
TRANS played TRANS and longed for more. A theatre and performance collective emerged from a collective desire and consists of a core group of young makers and a changing cast of players. The collective creates performances and theatre in which it experiments with time and space. The pieces are adapted to the space in which they are set, and created with live music. Through movement by non-professional dancers, the body is used as a tool to tell stories in a social context. The viewer is always given the freedom to watch the performance from different points in space, and thus from an own chosen perspective.
